Compensation: $250,000 + Bonus + Vehicle Allowance + Comprehensive Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)

As part of its continued growth strategy, they are seeking a motivated Vice President of Safety who will be instrumental in driving performance, technology integration, and organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of regional and site-based safety managers.
• Oversee safety and risk performance across multiple active projects spanning the eastern and midwestern U.S.
• Manage large-scale risk initiatives including claims, liability, workers' compensation, and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement through digital transformation and process integration.
• Partner with executive leadership to align safety objectives with company growth goals.
• Regular travel to project sites (approximately 50% travel).

The Candidate:

• 10+ years of senior-level safety management experience in industrial or heavy construction.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and influence at the executive level.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership capability.
• Proven record of delivering cultural change and managing complex, multi-state operations.
• Strong knowledge of risk, safety compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
