On offer is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent to join a well-established business in the heart of Long Island, where you will lead large-scale public sector construction projects and play a key role in shaping the delivery and success of public sector projects across Long Island.

This well-established company has built an exceptional reputation over decades in public-sector construction. With a robust pipeline of projects across schools, fire and police stations, municipal buildings and senior care facilities, they are now looking for a Municipal/Federal Superintendent to lead and oversee all site management activities.

In this role, you will lead and manage all on-site field operations, ensuring work is performed according to plans, specifications, and schedules. You will also take responsibility for coordinating subcontractors and field personnel, overseeing quality, safety, material tracking, communication and overall site performance.

This role would suit a Superintendent from a ground-up background who's looking to lead complex projects and make a significant impact on the public-sector construction industry.

The Role:

• Lead all on-site operations, making sure work aligns with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and field personnel to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
• Support the Project Managers by updating timelines and communication progress with stakeholders

The Person:

• Experience in ground-up or large public works projects.
• Superintendent from public-sector construction background
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
