The Role

Own and deliver core backend systems that support rapid product expansion and evolving infrastructure needs
Work closely with leadership to shape architecture and bring ideas into production with high impact
Design infrastructure that remains fast, reliable, and secure as the platform scales
Contribute across the stack where needed
Set a high technical bar through clean code, thoughtful design, and a focus on building for long-term scale

The Person

Strong Full Stack experience with a backend focus in fast-moving environments with proven ability to take ownership of complex projects
Strong programming skills in Python or a similar language and solid experience with modern cloud platforms
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Proficient or open to working with frameworks like Next.js, React, and ShadCN
Experience building and scaling products from 0 - 1 with a high standard for code quality
