The Role

• Build and ship production features end-to-end in TypeScript, React and Next.js
• Translate high-fidelity designs into performant, polished, accessible UIs
• Own frontend architecture including routing, state management, streaming and caching
• Instrument everything you build with analytics, error handling and experimentation
• Collaborate closely with design and product, shaping roadmap and UX direction

The Person

• Strong experience building modern frontends with TypeScript, React and Next.js
• Proven impact delivering high-quality product at scale in a fast-growing environment
• Strong eye for design detail, accessibility and production polish
• Experience working on complex frontend systems (streaming, state, data flows, performance)
• Thrives in an in-office, fast-paced environment with high ownership and accountability
