Senior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

This well-established construction company has extensive experience in civil engineering and groundworks, operating across Norfolk and Suffolk. Renowned for delivering high-quality groundworks and civil engineering packages for house builders, their projects range in value from £100k to £1 million. They are now seeking a Senior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.
Responsibilities include estimating and pricing civil engineering and groundworks projects, undertaking site visits, liaising with clients, preparing valuations and variations, and managing commercial reporting and cost control, among more.
The ideal candidate with have Estimating/Quantity Surveying experience in civil engineering and groundworks and live a commutable distance from the office near Norwich.
