Sales Manager
Remote - Based in Midwest or Texas
$140,000 - $150,000 + Commission + Progression + Training + Benefits
Are you a Sales Manager looking for an autonomous role where you will have the ability to develop and drive growth over a large territory, and lead a team of account managers from a strategic point of view?

This organization design and manufacture a range of instrumentation and control products for variety of industrial applications. With continued growth across their multiple locations, they are now hiring a Sales Manager to take a pivotal position within the organization.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be leading a team of Account Manager to further push and develop the territory. While you will have no direct accounts to manage you will be supporting a range of clients through your team to further drive the company forwards. You will be developing the strategy for the territory and market of which to attack and how and developing your team.
You will be a Sales Manager or Account Manager who has led teams and come from a manufacturing organization. You will also have sold products such as instrumentation, flow controls, pressure/temperature sensors, or similar.

The Role:
*Lead and develop a team of remote Account Managers
*No direct accounts but handle multiple through your team across different sectors
*Develop and implement the sales strategy for the territory
*Travel requirement of 50%
The Person:
*Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Manager
*Previous experience selling flow controls, instrumentation, field instruments, pressure sensors, temperature controls or associated equipment
*Ability to lead and develop a small team
*Ability to travel 50% of the time across different states
