Tamworth, Staffordshire (on site)
£27,000 - £32,000 + benefits (health cash plan, pension, life assurance, free parking)

Excellent opportunity for a proactive project coordinator who wants to step up and eventually become a project manager.

This company is a leading UK manufacturer and a proud family owned business. They've built a supportive culture where everyone is encouraged to speak up, challenge ideas and help shape the way projects are delivered. You'll join a team that's driving ERP/WMS programmes and a host of internal initiatives, so there's never a dull moment.

In this varied role you'll help plan, schedule and coordinate multiple projects, monitor progress and budgets, prepare documentation and keep communication flowing. You might find yourself working on 45 different workstreams at once - it's busy but you'll learn a lot and there's genuine room to grow.

The ideal candidate will have proven project coordination experience (administration alone won't cut it) and either hold or be working towards PRINCE2. You'll be someone who loves keeping things organised and who can liaise with colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers with ease. The role is fully on site in Tamworth and requires the right to work in the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your existing skills, contribute to major business improvements and prepare for a move into project management when you're ready.

The Role:
*Collaborate with the project manager to plan, schedule and coordinate activities
*Monitor project progress, budgets and deadlines, escalating issues as needed
*Prepare scope documents, business cases, project plans, status reports and minutes
*Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders and vendors and track resources

The Person:
*Proven experience coordinating or administering projects with a successful track record
*PRINCE2 or similar project management qualification (or working towards it)
*Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast paced environment
*Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
