The Role:

• Lead, train, and oversee a production team of 20 personnel.
• Enjoy a stable 4x10 day shift schedule.

The Candidate:

• Experienced in CNC Router operations or Plastic Thermoforming.
• Ambitious, with the desire to grow into a leadership role.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred (technical discipline advantageous).
