Due to winning a number of high value, lucrative contracts they are looking to recruit a Preconstruction Manager to join their loyal team.

This position will be based in Richmond, Virginia with requirements to manage a team of estimators across a variety of multifamily projects valued $10m+. This position will allow you to progress into executive levels in the business and develop your skills on high end projects.
