With exciting growth underway and an expanding Production Control team, they are looking for an MRP Planner to join their Dallas facility and take ownership of high-priority programs from start to finish.

In this role, you won't be stuck behind a desk - you'll be fully integrated with engineering, operations, procurement, and more - ensuring every component and order is on track to deliver cutting-edge systems on time.

The Role:

• Plan and schedule builds from engineering release through production
• Track shortages, run reports, and issue manufacturing orders to the floor
• Liaise daily with engineering, supply chain, procurement, and program teams
• Keep programs moving smoothly and ensure deadlines are hit

The Person:

• Experience in MRP/ERP systems
• Background in manufacturing or assembly (Defense, Aerospace, or Avionics ideal, but any industry considered)
• Strong communicator and natural team player, eager to work cross-functionally
• Self-starter with the drive to grow your career
