Maintenance Manager - Day Shift (Flexible Hours)

Are you a Maintenance Manager looking for a day based position, leading multiple shifts and overseeing a full maintenance and facilities program?
This is an exciting leadership opportunity where you'll take full ownership of the maintenance department, leading a skilled team and driving the ongoing success of a globally established, employee-focused facility.
You will manage a team of 10-15 staff, oversee maintenance planning and scheduling, mentor your team, and ensure the smooth running of the facility. This is a day-shift role with flexible hours, Monday to Friday, and on-call responsibility.
This position would suit a hands-on Maintenance Manager who thrives in a leadership role, is ambitious, and wants to make a tangible impact on both the team and the facility..

The Candidate:
- Electrical and Mechanical maintenance experience.
- Prior leadership experience (supervisor or otherwise)
- Looking to step up into a management role.
