The role would suit an experienced Manufacturing Engineer or CNC Programmer looking to step up into a leadership position.

The Role:

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Lead training and development, generating standard work instructions
Problem solving and driving Continuous Improvement

The Candidate:

CNC Programming (5-axis) experience or background as a Manufacturing Engineer (Machine shop/Aerospace environment)
Experience with GD&T
Passion for training, mentoring, and developing a technical team
