Are you a Lead Assembler, from an Aerospace background, looking to join a well-established organization where you will be trained to step up in to a Production Managers position?

On offer is a varied role where you will be responsible for managing the machining, welding, painting, assembly and shipping teams. This is a fast paced role where you will work closely with clients and have the autonomy to implement new processes.
This role would suit an experienced Production Operator or Assembler, who wants to receive on the job training to develop as a Production Manager.
The Role:
*Progressing to become the Production Manager
