Growth Marketing Lead
$150,000 - $185,000 + Equity + Benefits + Relocation Assistance + Flexible PTO
San Francisco, CA - Hybrid (4 days/week)
Are you a data-obsessed growth marketer who thrives in zero-to-one environments? Do you want to take full ownership of performance, SEO, and lifecycle growth at the most technically ambitious AI startups in their space, whilst benefiting from excellent equity and fast moving feedback loops?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing series B AI startup backed by top-tier investors. The team is pioneering new capabilities in no-code AI agents that can collaborate across channels like email, Slack, and Zoom-handling open-ended tasks in dynamic environments while learning and improving over time.
As Growth Marketing Lead, you'll own the entire funnel-from first click to long-term retention. You'll run high-velocity experiments across paid, organic, and owned channels, scale proven levers, and cut what doesn't work. You'll collaborate closely with product and GTM teams, and be trusted to shape the company's growth engine from the ground up.
This is an ideal role for someone who's hands-on, analytical, and hungry to drive measurable impact in a highly product-led environment.
The Role
- Lead strategy and execution across performance marketing, SEO, lifecycle, and partnerships
- Build a full-funnel growth engine-from acquisition through activation and retention
- Launch and scale rapid experiments across paid, organic, and referral channels
- Define and track KPIs across growth initiatives and customer journeys
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales to align on growth priorities
The Person
- Track record of scaling growth channels across organic, paid, owned, and partnership marketing
- Data-driven and analytical, comfortable building dashboards, running A/B tests, and using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker to drive decisions.
- Rapid experimenter and highly analytical thinker
- Knowledge and experience with modern growth stacks and measurement/attribution methodologies
- Looking to work on a hybrid schedule in SF
