As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work directly with customers to design no-code automations, shape the product through real-world feedback, and act as a trusted technical partner. You'll be hands-on from day one, owning solutions end-to-end and driving real business impact whilst supercharging your business facing skills.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success-and wants to be on the ground floor of a breakout AI startup.
The Role
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade no-code agent workflows tailored to customer needs
- Lead technical implementations while providing best-practice consulting and support
- Own and expand the library of reusable, pre-built agent templates
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue and relay product feedback from real-world usage
- Hybrid (4 days a week in the San Francisco office)
The Person
- Experienced with no-code tools or building automation workflows, with strong technical aptitude
- Comfortable in customer-facing roles, bringing a consultative and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communicator, able to explain complex systems clearly
- Self-driven, fast-moving, and eager to work in person at a high-growth startup (relocation support available)
