£40,000 to £52,000 + 35 Hours per week + Holiday + Pension + Benefits


Excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities professional to join a respected and forward-thinking organisation in a pivotal role managing multiple school sites.

In this role, you will take full responsibility for the operational and strategic management of three sites. You will oversee facilities and site services including maintenance, compliance, health and safety, and sustainability, ensuring that the physical environment supports the organisation's educational and operational goals. You will also lead and support the caretaker while managing contractors, budgets, and service providers.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in facilities or premises management, ideally within an educational or multi-site setting. You will have strong knowledge of health and safety compliance, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships. A full UK driving licence is essential to travel between sites.

The Role:
* Strategic and day-to-day management of three school sites
* Oversight of maintenance, projects, compliance, and sustainability
* Leadership and line management of a caretaker plus supervision of contractors
* Full-time, site-based role with travel between sites

The Person:
* Background in facilities or premises management, ideally within an educational or multi-site environment
* Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance
* Proven leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
