ERP Support Analyst
St Louis, Missouri - Hybrid (1 week in office per month)
$70,000 - $85,000 + 401k + PTO + Medical Benefits + Flexible Work Schedule
Are you an ERP specialist with a passion for solving business process challenges? Do you thrive on supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and improving the way enterprise systems run?
This is a hands-on support role where you'll be the first point of contact for ERP-related issues, helping business units resolve problems, streamline workflows, and get the most out of their systems. You'll work directly with end-users, internal teams, and senior IT staff, providing both day-to-day troubleshooting and long-term support for system improvements.
As an ERP Support Analyst, you'll play a key role in maintaining application stability, supporting integrations, and ensuring smooth operation of ERP platforms across the business. Your expertise will help bridge technical solutions with business needs in a fast-paced environment.

The Role
*Troubleshoot ERP and application issues for business users
*Support system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades
*Document solutions and maintain process knowledge base

The Person
*Experience supporting ERP systems (construction/accounting)
*Skilled in SQL or Crystal Reports
*Strong communication and end-user support skills
*Vista ERP preferred
