Electrical Project Manager - Radio Communications for Large Scale Construction Sites
€50,000-€100,000 + Company Car + 30 Days Holiday

Are you searching for the opportunity to manage multiple projects and a team of technicians within a large scale construction site?
Do you have experience within the Construction industry working on electrical projects?
I am currently representing a company that manages many projects across Germany, who are looking for someone to manage their projects within the Nord-Rhein Westfalia region. They have over 90 employees in Germany, and are a well-known company in their specific niche. They a company who develop and install their own radio solutions for large scale construction projects including the construction of: Power Plants, Data Centres, Hotels, Office Buildings and many other projects.
In this role, you will be managing 10-15 sites at once, covering smaller amounts of work at each site, as and when work is possible, you will be arranging how and when the work can take place. You will be managing your team of technicians to ensure quality work is taken place at efficient time scales. You will be updating documentation, ordering resources/materials for the projects and attending meetings on site.
The successful candidate will come from an electrical background, working on large scale construction projects, experience managing projects in the past is desirable but not essential, but a network within the industry is key. They should be Native/Bilingual level in technical German speaking; English is not required but conversational English would be desirable. You will receive training on their specialised products, but you are expected to be well versed in the construction industry.
The Role:
- Managing 10-15 construction projects simultaneously
- Coordinating technicians and subcontractors on-site
- Scheduling installations and commissioning activities
- Attending customer and internal project meetings
- Ordering materials and maintaining project documentation
- Adapting technical plans when site conditions change
The Candidate:
- Electrical background with construction-site experience
- Strong understanding of BOS-Funk / fire brigade communication systems
- Fluent German (spoken and written)
- Experience in project coordination or site leadership desirable
- Based in or commutable to Remscheid (on-site role only)
