Electrical Pre-Construction Manager

Are you an electrical pre-construction leader ready to step into a department-level management role with a nationally recognised billion-dollar electrical contractor delivering hyper-scale data centers and major healthcare projects?
On offer is a senior leadership opportunity with a large electrical contractor experiencing major growth in mission-critical and large-scale projects. You'll take ownership of the Pre-Construction division, leading estimators, shaping bid strategy, and positioning the business to secure complex, high-value projects.
This company is one of the most established electrical contractors in the US. With continued expansion into specialist hyper-scale projects, they are known for the way they treat employees well and offer continued advancement to senior leaders.
In this role, you'll run the Pre-Construction department, managing a team of estimators while partnering closely with Business Development, BIM, Engineering, and Operations. You'll lead bid strategy, oversee conceptual budgeting, manage risk, and represent the company in client interviews, acting as the senior figurehead for all preconstruction activity in your region.
This position is ideal for a Pre-Construction Manager or Senior Estimating Leader who wants full departmental ownership, leadership influence, and a clear pathway toward Director-level roles within a growing national contractor.
The Role:
- Lead and manage the electrical pre-construction division, overseeing a team of estimators
- Direct full bid-package strategy for large-scale electrical projects
- Work closely with senior leadership to elevate pre-construction services

- Proven experience within pre-construction
- Background working within electrical construction
