Are you a commercial, customer-facing professional from supply chain, logistics, or operational services who is confident owning contracts and shaping how services are structured, sold, and protected?

This is an opportunity to join a large multi-site service organization as they continue expanding their national customer network across enterprise clients. The business supports complex operational programs and focuses on improving efficiency, service consistency, and long-term commercial partnerships.

This organization operates at serious scale, working with major national customers while delivering essential operational services that improve performance across distributed locations.

In this role, you will sit alongside the commercial team as a complementary specialist. You will not be a front-line quota carrier, but you will be critical to revenue growth and risk management. You will help define how services are structured commercially, create and manage customer and partner contracts, and ensure key areas such as service scope, pricing, performance obligations, and liability are clearly defined across enterprise relationships. Vendor management may also form part of the remit.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of high-impact commercial work at the intersection of operations and contracts, with clear progression and real autonomy in a newly created role.

The Role

  • Own the creation, review, negotiation, and ongoing management of contracts
  • Ensure commercial agreements clearly cover service scope, pricing structures, performance metrics, and responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to structure service offerings commercially and support rollout across key accounts
  • Support vendor relationships where required, ensuring commercial terms and delivery align to business needs

The Person

  • Proven experience in contract creation and contract management across customer, partner, or vendor agreements
  • Background in supply chain, logistics, field services, facilities, distribution, or related service environments
  • Experience supporting or partnering closely with sales teams in a commercial environment
  • West Coast based and open to regular travel as the role evolves
