In this role, you will install and validate PLC artifacts on equipment, integrate MES/SCADA systems, troubleshoot controls and networking issues during commissioning, and collaborate across manufacturing, MES, and robotics teams to drive a secure, software-driven factory.

The Role:
- Install and validate PLC artifacts on Factory equipment and ensure strong MES/SCADA integration.
- Support commissioning by troubleshooting controls, telemetry, machine tasking, networking, and protocol issues (EtherNet/IP, OPC-UA).
- Ensure secure, compliant controls by implementing and documenting CMMC 2.0 / NIST 800-171 practices.
- Enforce standards by guiding vendors, conducting reviews, and contributing to testing and refinement of PLC artifacts.
- Collaborate across teams - manufacturing, MES, and robotics - to improve features, validate new capabilities, and complete FAT/SAT activities.
The Person:
- PLC/HMI programming in manufacturing or automated systems, with strong skills in Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View, AOIs/UDTs, EtherNet/IP, and industrial networking
- SCADA integration experience with platforms such as Ignition, FactoryTalk Optix, or AVEVA Edge
- Proficient in Go or Python for testing, data collection, troubleshooting, and productivity improvements
- Fluent with Git, semantic versioning, CI, code reviews, automated testing, and documentation
- FAT/SAT experience driving programmed systems to fully resolved and validated states
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder
