Construction Administrator

Are you a Construction professional with a strong financial mindset, looking to build a long-term career in project finance and commercial operations?
This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing civil contractor where you'll be trained to become a key part of the business, supporting financial decision-making across multiple projects and progressing into senior leadership over time.
You'll work closely with leadership to support cash flow, forecasting, and project financial performance, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of construction finance. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants to develop into a commercial or operational leader.
This company specialises in civil site development and excavation across commercial projects. With a strong reputation for quality and a growing pipeline of work, they are investing heavily in both their projects and their people as they scale.
The Role:
- Support financial forecasting and cash flow tracking across projects
- Assist with cost analysis, profit & loss reporting, and budgeting
- Work alongside leadership to improve financial processes and reporting
- Use and develop new systems/software to track project performance
The Person:
- Background in construction, engineering, or construction administration
- Strong interest or experience in financials (costs, forecasting, budgets)
- Highly motivated and looking for long-term progression
