This company are a leading operations and maintenance contractor within the solar sector. They are seeing a period of impressive growth having established themselves as a leader in the industry. Due to this ongoing growth they are looking to bring in an additional Civils Operative to join their growing team.
In this role you will be tasked with keeping the companies operational sites functioning, you will cover sites within 1 hour travel of Swindon. This will involve machine and plant operation, such as tractors, diggers, and mowers. Grounds maintenance tasks will include; mowing lawns, trimming hedges, spraying weeds, etc. There may also be general handyman and labouring duties required to maintain the site. The company will provide all necessary training to acquire your plant operation tickets, so this is an opportunity for someone who likes working outdoors to gain additional skills and qualifications.
Fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in landscaping, groundworks, horticulture, handyman, groundskeeping, or similar to gain a whole new skill set and certificates.
The Role:
*Monday to Friday days based role
*Traveling within 1 hour of Swindon
*Grounds maintenance and general handyman work
* Operating machinery - tractors, mowers, diggers
The Person:
*Happy working outdoors
*Background in landscaping, groundworks, horticulture, handyman, groundskeeping, or similar
*Keen to receive ongoing training and development
