The Role

• Formulate and develop advanced water-based coatings
• Lead projects from concept to completion and oversee application testing
• Work directly with customers, troubleshooting, presenting, and providing technical support
• Represent the business at industry events and support mentoring within the lab

The Person

• Experience in coatings formulation, ideally water based
• Confident working hands on in the lab with strong formulation skills
• Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to customers and technical audiences
• Ambitious and motivated to progress into leadership
