Business Development Manager (Industrial Packaging Solutions)
San Fransisco Bay Area (Covering Bay Area to Nevada)
$120,000 - $150,000 + Annual Bonus + Group Incentive + Progression + Commision + Training + Full Benefits
Excellent opportunity on offer for a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Technical Sales Engineer to join a rapidly expanding global packaging organization where you will be responsible for driving new business growth across a critical West Coast territory.
On offer is a technically challenging position where you will be directly involved in selling engineered, high-value packaging solutions into complex manufacturing environments, managing long sales cycles and influencing senior decision makers.
The company is a world-renowned industrial packaging manufacturer operating across multiple industries including automotive, energy, industrial equipment and advanced manufacturing. Recognized as a leader in engineered transport packaging and Complete Packaging Solutions, they are continuing to expand their Western US sales team and are seeking a driven hunter who can open new doors and win strategic accounts.
In this role, you will be responsible for new business generation across the Bay Area and surrounding region. You will focus on cold calling, prospecting, building relationships with OEM manufacturers, and selling solution-based packaging programs. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver technically robust, cost-effective solutions to customers.
The ideal candidate will be a Business Development Manager with a strong hunter mentality, experience selling industrial or engineered solutions, and a track record of managing complex sales cycles. The Role:
- New business development across the Bay Area and Nevada territory
- Cold calling, prospecting and opening strategic OEM accounts
- Selling engineered packaging and Complete Packaging Solutions

- $120,000 - $150,000 + Annual Bonus + Group Incentive + Commision + Training + Full Benefits

- Experienced Business Development Manager / Hunter profile
- Background in the Packaging Industry
- Proven experience managing complex sales cycles
- Solution-based selling mindset
- Packaging industry experience desirable but not essential
