This well established company are a leading manufacturer of products for use within the building services industry. They have gone from strength to strength in recent years, leading to them expand rapidly. They are now looking for an Area Sales Manager to help them grow further.
In this remote role you will be tasked with developing new business around the North East. This will involve proactively identifying new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with clients in social housing sector in order increase revenues in your area. You will also have the opportunity to maximise your earnings through their uncapped commission scheme.
This role would therefore suit an individual with experience selling into the social housing sector who is looking for a new challenge and the chance to play a key role in the expansion of a leading company.
The Role:
- Developing new business within the social housing sector
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities
- Building long-term relationships with clients
- Home-based covering North East England
- £45,000 - £60,000 + Commission (OTE £80k+) + Car + Benefits
The Person:
- Experience selling building products into the social housing sector
- Proven track record growing new business
- Based in the North East and happy to travel
