Aftersales Specialist - Pump Systems Manufacturer

€35,000 - €48,000 + 20% Bonus + Pension + 25 Holidays + Annual Ski Trip

I am currently representing a leading manufacturer of large-scale pump systems used across multiple industries including water treatment, oil & gas, hygiene, and even breweries. Due to growth, they are creating a brand-new Aftersales Specialist position within their Dutch team.
In this role, you will focus on warm customer relationships, offering aftersales contracts, spare parts packages, and service solutions tailored to client needs. By analysing service patterns and equipment behaviour, you will identify opportunities to prevent downtime and increase efficiency for clients.
This is a great opportunity for someone ambitious and confident, who wants to make the role their own, while receiving international product training in Germany and ongoing professional development directly from the leadership team.
The Role:
Manage warm customer accounts and promote aftersales service contracts
Identify patterns and recommend spare parts or service intervals
Build long-term client relationships through technical knowledge & advisory selling
Work closely with technical and service teams to deliver customer solutions
The Candidate:
Technical background with sales or aftersales experience
Knowledge of pumps or similar equipment preferred
Confident, ambitious, and eager to grow in a new role
Fluent in Dutch and English
Relevant technical qualification (course, degree, or certification)
