The Role:

• Lead and manage the site's validation program
• Oversee a small team responsible for validation activities
• Maintain full regulatory readiness across equipment and processes
• Drive high standards of quality, compliance, and performance

The Person:

• Proven background in pharmaceutical validation (sterile environment required)
• Experience with cleaning, process, and equipment validation
• Confident managing and developing a small technical team
• Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline
