In this role, you'll deliver both remote and on-site technical support to customers throughout North America, handling troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and installations.

This role is ideal for a Technician with hands-on experience in the printing or mailing systems industry, strong communication skills, and a desire to work in a customer-focused role.

The Role:

• Provide remote and onsite technical support
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis and installations at customer sites across the US and Canada
• Travel to customer sites approximately 30-50% of the time during peak periods
• Monday to Friday role

The Person:

• Technical background in electro-mechanical equipment
• Hands-on experience with mailing or printing systems
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout North America (valid passport and driver's license required)
