This family-owned company has built an outstanding reputation over the decades in the commercial construction industry. Due to continued growth and a full pipeline of work, they are now seeking a Commerical Superintendent to lead their site management process.

In this role, you will oversee multiple projects and be responsible for site management, coordination, quality control, safety, scheduling, communication, material tracking, problem-solving, and subcontractor management

This role would suit a Superintendent from a commercial background ready to take the next step in their career, and the chance to make a significant impact in the construction industry.

The Role:

• Oversee multiple projects from start to finish
• Manage site operations, material tracking, subcontractor coordination, and safety.
• Work with Project Managers to maintain schedules, quality, communication, and close outs.

The Person:

• Experience managing multiple projects and priorties.
• Strong familiarity with construction drawings and site management software.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction from the ground up.
