Solar Project Manager
$130,000-$170,000 + Progression + Bonus + 401k + Leading Benefits Package + PTO

Are you an experienced supervisor of solar projects looking to step into a key role within a fast-growing renewable energy developer offering the opportunity to progress long-term into a senior leadership role?

On offer is a project management role with minimal travel, overseeing multiple community solar projects from proposal through completion. You'll work closely with Superintendents, Assistant Supers, and engineers to deliver high-quality projects across the state of New York.
This role would suit a driven supervisor with community or commercial solar experience who is looking to step up into a pivotal role offering long-term growth to senior leadership as well as strong benefits and a bonus.
The Role:
- Manage multiple solar projects from initial proposal through completion
- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and documentation
- Oversee all PM responsibilities from the office-minimal site travel
The Candidate:
- Proven experience managing small-scale solar projects
- Background within community or commercial solar
- Looking for long-term progression within a growing, community-focused company
