Graduate Support Engineer (Metallurgy/Material Sciences)
Remote, candidate based in: Scunthorpe, Sheffield, Lincoln and surrounding areas
£30,000 - £36,500 + Flexible Hours + Bonus + Car Allowance + Company Benefits + Private Health Care

On offer is an important role within a well-established company looking for a new junior member of their team who will receive training and a clear progression path to lead their site services.
This company are specialists within the metal industry and have many well-known clients, priding themselves on their excellent reputation.
The day to day of this role includes travelling to customer sites, predominantly in Scunthorpe, to help identify technical requirements, oversee installations, sorting documentation and stock, as well as supporting the sales team. This role is home based but will require regular travel to local sites.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree (undergraduate or postgraduate) in a subject that involves Metallurgy, for example Material Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Mining and Mechanical Engineering etc. Must be good at building working relationships and management skills. Must have UK driving license. All training in the role will be provided.
The role:
* On-site Technical Support in Scunthorpe
* Remote working (home-based with travel to site frequently)
* Customer facing, developing working relationships
* Day based, Monday to Friday
The person:
* Metallurgical, Material Sciences, Chemical Engineering ect. Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree
* Steel/Refractory knowledge would be advantageous
* UK Driving License
