This well-established company is a highly respected commercial interiors firm known for delivering high-spec interior projects across corporate, hospitality, and institutional sectors. With a strong pipeline of work, and decades of experience in the industry. They are now looking for a Project Manager to help drive their continued success.

In this role, you'll take the lead on day-to-day project management, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. You'll oversee commercial interior fit-outs from start to finish, making sure schedules, specs, RFIs, and site coordination all come together to ensure successful project delivery.

This role would suit a Project Manager from a commercial interiors background looking for autonomy, long-term security, and the opportunity to be recognized as the go-to expert in their field.

The Role:

• Oversee multiple commercial interiors projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Lead submittals, RFIs, ASIs, change orders, risk tracking, and schedules.
• Work closely alongside senior leadership on planning and managing contracts.

The Person:

• Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in commercial interiors or millwork Project Management.
• Skilled in reviewing specifications, managing scopes of work, and using construction management software.
