$120,000 - $140,000

The Role:
- Lead and develop the plant's Quality department with full responsibility
- Oversee audits, compliance, SPC, PPAP, APQP, and FMEA processes
- Drive continuous improvement and lead customer quality initiatives
- Empower and mentor your team to deliver excellence across the board
The Person:
- Proven quality experience, with a few years in management / leadership
- Automotive background with ISO/IATF expertise
