Construction Project Scheduler

The Woodlands, Texas (Commutable from Houston, Conroe, Magnolia, Katy)

$100,000 - $125,000 + Bonus + 401k + Full Benefits + Career Progression

Are you a Construction Project Scheduler with industrial experience, looking to work on complex, high-value projects while progressing your career in a market-leading business?

This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of major projects across sectors including water, oil & gas, mining and renewable energy. With continued investment and expansion across the U.S., they are looking for ambitious individuals who want to grow with the business long-term.

You will play a key role in the successful delivery of large-scale projects, working closely with Project Managers to develop and manage detailed schedules from preconstruction through to completion. This is a position where your input will directly impact project performance, timelines, and overall success.

The Role:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules across multiple industrial projects
  • Work closely with Project Managers to define sequencing, durations, and key milestones
  • Monitor progress, update schedules, and identify risks or delays early
  • Support project teams to ensure efficient and successful delivery

The Person:

  • Experience scheduling large-scale industrial construction projects
  • Proficient with Primavera P6 (or similar scheduling software)
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and looking to progress within a growing business
