This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established commercial masonry and restoration contractor working on some of the most recognized buildings in Chicago. In this role, you will oversee masonry restoration projects from start to finish-coordinating teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard. You'll work closely with clients, site teams, and senior leadership to drive ongoing success across multiple projects.

The Role:

  • Manage day-to-day operations for multiple masonry restoration projects.

  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.

  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Support project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

The Person:

  • Experience as a Project Manager in masonry or restoration construction.

  • Strong technical understanding of masonry, tuckpointing, and façade restoration.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
