Project Manager (Construction)
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 + Bonuses + Truck Allowance + Healthcare + Career Progression

Excellent opportunity for a Construction Project Manager, familiar with site development projects, to take on an exciting role within an established and highly-regarded contractor.

In this role, you will be based in their Homestead office where you will have the opportunity to progress your career quickly and be a key part of a business full of experienced and knowledgeable staff.
Your responsibilities will include scheduling, budgeting, change orders, RFIs, submittals, liaising with subcontractors and managing the closeout process.

The Role:
- Overseeing projects from start to finish
- Coordinating Superintendents with subcontractors and self-performing teams
- Maintaining relationship between General Contractor and Project Owner

- Experience as a Project Manager
- Experience on site development construction projects
- US Work Authorization
