£60,000- £75,000 + Full Product Training + Progression + Pension + Healthcare + Excellent Benefits

Excellent role on offer for a mechanically-minded engineer looking to work in a unique position where you will be responsible for the testing and implementation of revolutionary technologies whilst having the opportunity to rapidly progress.

Do you have a background in process engineering? Do you have a background in mechanical engineering within an industrial environment?

This company are a well-established manufacturer of a range of products that serve into a variety of industries around the globe. They are currently rapidly expanding and are looking to add to their highly skilled and specialist team.

In this unique position, you will source, develop and implement new technologies and processes from around the world. You will look to utilise these new technologies and build completely bespoke, revolutionary process and products and be solely responsible for the growth of the department whilst receiving support from industry experts.

The ideal person will be degree qualified with a background in mechanical engineering within an industrial environment. You will have previous experience in process or project engineering and a desire to work in a completely unique position. You will be comfortable liaising with senior management in industry to scientists within academic institutions and will be flexible to travel internationally.

The Role:

  • Source, develop and implement new technologies and processes
  • Build department from scratch with support from industry experts
  • Occasional international travel required

The Person:

  • Degree qualified (or equivalent) within a scientific or engineering discipline
  • Background in a mechanical, industrial, process and/ or materials science background
  • A self-motivated, driven individual with the ability to work individually or as part of a team
  • Willing to undertake occasional international travel
