This well-established organization, with over 100 years of industry success, is seeking a motivated individual to take charge of their fabrication shop, driving improvements in quality, productivity, and efficiency.

This role would suit a skilled MIG Welder with the ambition to step off the tools, develop into a shop manager, and lead a high-performing team.

The Role:

• Managing Welders, Fabricators, and Painters (12-15 personnel).
• 1st shift hours with voluntary overtime available.
• Overseeing custom fabrication projects.

The Candidate:

• Proven experience with MIG Welding.
• Eager to make the step up into leadership positions.
• Knowledge of Fixturing or Painting would be an advantage.
