£28,000 - £40,000 + £6,000 Bonus + 28% Pension + 55 Days Holiday + Full Teacher Training Provided

You'll be delivering theory-focused training sessions to apprentices and full-time learners, covering key Mechanical Engineering principles and concepts. Whether you're already in education or looking for a career change, full training and a formal teaching qualification will be provided.

The ideal candidate will have strong Mechanical Engineering knowledge, a Level 3 qualification, and a passion for helping others succeed. No teaching or lecturing experience is required.

The Role:

  • Delivering theory-led Mechanical Engineering sessions
  • Supporting and mentoring learners in a classroom environment
  • Full training and teacher qualification provided
  • 37 hours/week, Monday to Friday



The Person:

  • Mechanical Engineering background
  • Level 3 qualification or higher
  • No teaching experience needed
