$110,000 - $120,000 + 10% Bonus + Training + Clear Progression through to VP + Medical, Dental & Vision + 401(k)

Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking for the opportunity to progress through to senior leadership? This role would suit someone with a manufacturing or operations management background, ideally with experience in textiles, polymers, or chemicals, who is confident leading teams, improving performance, and developing supervisors and operators through coaching and structured guidance.

The Role:

• Manage a team of 70-80 personnel, including supervisors and operators
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety compliance are consistently met
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and team members.

The Candidate:

• Proven background inmanufacturing or operations management
• Leadership experience managing multi-layered teams in a production environment
• Motivated by operational ownership, continuous improvement, and long-term career progression
