The company are a specialised engineering company providing technology into the maritime industry. They have multiple sites in Germany and around the world and have a strong reputation within the market. To support their Rostock office they are looking for a Management Assistant to join the team.
In the role you will work on organising office processes and supporting senior management. You will be involved in a wide variety of tasks such as personnel, accounting support and recruitment to name but a few. You will be based at their Rostock office which is conveniently located and easily accessible by car or public transport.
The person will come from an office based environment and be comfortable involving themselves with multiple tasks and will have a strong personable presence when dealing with multiple teams and stakeholders. You will need to be commutable to the site in Rostock and speak fluent English and German.
