You'll be one of the earliest AI hires and play a foundational role in setting technical direction, defining best practices, and directly impacting product strategy. You'll work alongside a world-class team and have the chance to grow an AI function from the ground up.

The Role:

*Deploy production-level RAG systems in energy environments

*Work across LLM routing, embedding models, chunking/indexing pipelines, and semantic tagging

*Ingest complex enterprise data and turn it into AI-usable knowledge

*Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to refine the AI stack

*Join a growing team of domain experts and engineers at a critical inflection point

The Person:

*Deep technical proficiency and enthusiasm for AI/ML innovation

*Deep fluency in fine-tuning, vector search, embeddings, and LLM-based systems

*Comfortable working in fast-paced, hands-on startup environments
