IT Technician III
Yuba City, California (On-site)
$85,000 - $95,000 + Medical + Dental + Vision + 401K + PTO
Are you an experienced IT Technician interested in working in a manufacturing environment and technical support role? Do you want to work in a role supporting multiple facilities and solving complex IT challenges across hardware, software, and network systems?
This is a hands-on senior technical position where you will be the primary point of contact for advanced IT support, managing complex troubleshooting and system maintenance, as well as overseeing SAP security and access governance.
As an IT Technician III, you will support and maintain IT infrastructure, troubleshoot production-critical systems, deploy hardware and software, and ensure IT best practices are consistently applied across multiple sites. You will also manage SAP user provisioning, access controls, and compliance alignment, collaborating closely with HR, audit, and technical teams to maintain secure operations.

The Person:
*Experience providing advanced IT support
* Knowledge of networking, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
*Skilled with VMware, industrial hardware, and ERP/MES systems
*Familiar with SAP security administration
Responsibilities:
*Provide IT support across multiple manufacturing sites
*Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks
*Manage SAP user access and security compliance
*Deploy new IT equipment and standardize site processes
