This company is a well-established and trusted national retailer with a strong presence and ambitious growth plans. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to lead their internal IT operations and manage all technical systems across multiple sites.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the maintenance, development, auditing and safeguarding of the company's IT infrastructure and network. You'll lead the IT team, oversee project delivery, ensure system security, and work closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to keep systems running at peak performance.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on manager with experience leading teams and managing secure, scalable IT environments. You'll be confident handling infrastructure projects, system upgrades, and vendor relationships, while supporting long-term IT strategy.

The Role:

  • Lead and develop the internal IT team
  • Maintain, audit and optimise the IT network and infrastructure
  • Manage system security, backups and disaster recovery
  • Oversee infrastructure projects, upgrades and site installations
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and external providers

The Person:

  • Experienced in managing IT infrastructure and networks
  • Strong communicator and proactive team leader
  • Commutable to Nottingham
  • Comfortable with hands-on support and strategic planning
