The ideal candidate will be either degree-qualified or have some experience in Quantity Surveying. You will be highly motivated by the opportunity to learn, take on more responsibility over time, and progress in your career.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a rapidly expanding company with an increasing workload, opportunities for new challenges, and career progression alongside a great salary and package.

The Role:

• Negotiating and appointing sub-contractors to schemes.
• Managing sub-contractor package's through from appointment to final account.
• The submission of valuations and variations on schemes.
• On site to view works completed, quality and management of costs.
• comply with all company systems and procedures, ie. the Information Management Systems.

The Person:

• Graduate / Junior Quantity Surveyor
• Live within a commutable distance to Bristol
• Self-motivated and looking to progress your career
• Full Driving License
