Bracknell | Permanent | Full-Time
£25,000 - £30,000 + Training + Benefits + Career Progression
Ready to kick-start your engineering career with one of the UK's leading technical service providers?
If you're a recent graduate or early-career engineer with a hands-on mindset and a passion for precision, this is your opportunity to grow with a nationally recognised company at the forefront of building performance and specialist engineering services.
About the Company
Join a well-established organisation that delivers high-level testing and engineering services to the construction and manufacturing industries. Known for their commitment to quality and innovation, the company works on a wide range of cutting-edge projects and is expanding their Bracknell-based technical team.
The Role: Graduate Engineer
This is a hands-on role based in a modern, well-equipped laboratory where you'll work alongside skilled engineers. You'll be fully trained to perform technical testing and calibration of building performance systems and mechanical components.
As part of your development, you'll learn to:
- Calibrate and test equipment to UKAS standards
- Measure key parameters: temperature, pressure, humidity, air velocity, and heat transfer
- Work with components such as radiators, valves, fans, pumps, heat exchangers, and refrigeration systems
- Ensure precise documentation and compliance within the lab environment
You'll gain practical experience and technical expertise in a high-growth field with excellent long-term development prospects.
What We're Looking For
You don't need calibration experience-we'll teach you everything you need to know. We're interested in people who are:
- Technically minded with a keen eye for detail
- Hands-on, either through your studies, hobbies, or previous work
- Qualified in Engineering, Physics, or a related STEM subject (Degree, HNC, BTEC)
- Comfortable using tools, technical equipment, and working with data
- Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
Any background in calibration, quality control, testing, or lab work is a bonus-but it's not required.
Why Join?
- Full technical training from industry experts
- Career progression opportunities in a niche and growing sector
- Be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team
- Work on high-impact projects that make a difference
If you're ready to turn your technical skills into a rewarding engineering career, apply now and start building your future with us.
