$160,000 - $200,000 + Bonus + Relocation Package + Healthcare & Benefits Packages
Are you an experienced Director of Engineering with a background in Engineer of Record (EoR) responsibilities or an engineering consultancy, looking to lead a high-impact engineering division in the fast-evolving PV solar and utility-scale industry?
Do you want to take the lead on strategic direction and technical delivery across global operations while building and mentoring a multi-disciplinary engineering and quality team across three international hubs?

The Role:
- Lead the engineering function across PV Solar, Utility-Scale, and EBOS projects
- Drive technical strategy, process improvement, and innovation across all engineering
- Oversee project design, quality control, product certification, and code compliance
- Collaborate with international engineering teams, project managers, and stakeholders
The Person:
- Experience as a Director of Engineering, Principal Engineer, or similar
- Experience working with or as an Engineer of Record OR Licensed Professional Engineer
- Technical background in Solar or Utility Scale
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
