Client Engagement Specialist
Remote UK
£30,000 (£38,000 OTE) + Training + Progression + Benefits
An excellent opportunity awaits a person with strong client engagement experience to join a leading technology partner in a role offering great training, flexibility and progression opportunities.
This company is a well-established technology partner delivering SaaS solutions to clients in the architecture, engineering and construction sectors.
In this role, you'll be responsible for securing, maintaining and developing customer relationships, with a focus on driving recurring revenue. You'll be tracking upcoming renewals, quoting and negotiating deals, and working closely with the sales and customer success teams. The role is fully remote, based in the UK.
The ideal candidate for this role will have come from a renewal, account management or software licensing background, with strong communication skills and a strong commercial approach.
