Hinckley Commutable from Leicester, Coventry, Rugby, Coalville, Tamworth, Lutterworth and surrounding areas.

£28,860 - £34,632 (£15 - £18 an hour) + Premium Overtime Opportunities + 37 Hours Weekly + Early Finish on Fridays

On offer is a stable and varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be working on high-quality, made-to-order furniture and fittings across a range of commercial, retail, and hospitality projects.

This well-established company is known for delivering exceptional craftsmanship and is now looking to expand its team with an additional skilled Bench Joiner.

In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing bespoke joinery items to specification, interpreting technical drawings, and contributing to a wide variety of high-end interior fit-out projects.

This role would suit a Level 2 or 3 qualified Bench Joiner or Carpenter with experience working with laminates, Corian fabrication, and solid wood, who is looking to join a company that values quality, teamwork, and professional growth.

The Role:

  • Bench Joinery
  • Working in a Production environment
  • Monday to Friday (Early Finish Fridays)

The Candidate:

  • Experience in Bench Joining, Woodwork or carpentry in a Production / Manufacturing environment
  • Experienced with laminates, Corian fabrication and solid wood
